my mom has gotten all of her cars from here for 10 years, and thanks to the wonderful coach greg and all our friends at the car store, i just got my second (technically third) car from them. they are the kindest people, they’ve always been so helpful, easy going and understanding, but since i got in my accident, i felt those traits from them that much more, and they were so quick to help me get into another car asap. i appreciate everyone here, and i think i can speak for my mom as well when i say we will probably only ever buy our cars from here! michelle, heather, naomi, shauna, it’s always lovely to come or call in and work with y’all! and coach greg, it was lovely to meet and work with you for the first time. you’re so kind, patient and funny, so i hope you’ll stay with our friends here for a while! 10/10 customer service every. single. time. they never miss! we’ve always had great deals and great cars here. they won’t let you down or disappoint you. 🤞🏼

I came to The Car Store with a heavy heart after being disillusioned from another car lot. I was not expecting to receive the lovee and care I got from Greg, aka Coach. He approached us and took us in like family and walked us through the entire process. He listened to our story and heard every word we said. We didn't leave with a vehicle that day, but we received a phone call first thing the next morning, and was fit with the perfect vehicle the next day. I cannot say enough positive things about Greg or the other reps that are there. I can say I will buy the rest of my vehicles from the car store.

I had a great experience at the dealership and thanks to Coach Greg. He was nothing but professional and straightforward but still had a funny side to him from start to finish. He set up a smooth test drive in the truck I was looking at, answered all my questions, and even took time to explain the different features. When it came time for paperwork, he walked me through everything clearly without rushing me and was very patient. Especially with my dad where there was a language barrier.
